Carolina Panthers Promote Key Staff in Scouting Department

The Carolina Panthers have made important changes to their scouting and personnel department, announcing several promotions and new hires. The most notable change is the promotion of Jared Kirksey to director of player personnel. Kirksey has been with the Panthers since 2021 and has played a crucial role in the team's draft process. Additionally, Justin Davidov has been elevated from football administration coordinator to director of football administration, where he will assist with cap management and contract negotiations alongside executive vice president of football operations Brandt Tilis. The Panthers have also named Jordan Trgovac and Blake Still as personnel scouts, tasked with evaluating both college and professional players. New scouting assistants Joshua Krieger and Cam O'Brien have joined the team, while former scouting assistants Gabby Weinrich and Chris Smith have been promoted to area scout and pro scout, respectively. Furthermore, Drew Silva has been hired as a software engineer to support the team's operations. These changes reflect the Carolina Panthers' commitment to strengthening their scouting and personnel capabilities as they prepare for the upcoming NFL season.
